To Do:

  • Start a new database.
  • Create the following text fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Address

  • Figure out how to do a "Sort" according to "Last Name" so the names are alphabetical from A-Z.
  • Create a mail merge with this letter. Where ever there are ******* enter the appropriate field into the mail merge. Look at Atomic Learning. Enter the following: Username: miholchr, Password: peace956. Then go to "Macintosh Tutorials." Then go to "Appleworks 5 Database." It uses an older version of Appleworks but the same concepts apply.
  • Actually merge the data but don't print the data.

    Timeline:

    • 2 days

    Requirements:

    • Follow above steps.
    • Save Database.
