Back to School Dates Quickly Approaching

As summer quickly turns into fall, the dates that students return to school rapidly approaches.  For all Holland Christian students in grades preschool through 9th grade, the start of school will kick off on September 2.  For HC high school students in grades 10-12 the start date is September 3.  We look forward to a great 2008-2009 school year.       

Summer Opportunities for Grades 1-8

Summer is here and there are plenty of things happening still at Holland Christian.  HC is offering several summer opportunities for students grades 1-8 with such programs as Camp Geneva, Surf & Turf and Summer Ventures.  These programs take place over different weeks in the summer.  To learn more about the programs please click here: SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES

Renovation of High School in High Gear

The construction of Phase I & II on the high school is now in high gear over summer vacation as work on the new cafeteria, classrooms, media center and locker rooms, to name a few, are to be in place for the beginning of school in the fall.  Much of the inside of the school is currently shut down due to work and many exterior changes are underway.  Be sure to check back for construction updates over the summer vacation.  Photos of the changes can be found here as bi-monthly updates are posted in the Construction Photo Album: PHOTOS 

Athletic Summer Camps Still Going On

Despite the construction at the High School, the Maroons Summer Athletic Camps are underway and going full speed ahead.  The coaches and players are enjoying their summer by working together in their respective sport.  All of the Summer Camp schedules can be found online and if you are still interested in joing a camp, please contact the coach directly.  For the schedules and camp information please visit the Maroons Summer Camp website here: Summer Camps   

Fall Athletic Schedules Now Posted

Maroons Athletics are just around the corner.  After a summer layoff, HC fall sports will welcome everyone back to school.  The girls' varsity golf team will be the first team to compete in the fall with their first match on August 12.  Each fall sport begins in the early August and the tryout information and fall schedules can be now found on the HC Athletics page.  Be sure to check the appropriate team page for their schedule and continue to check back at the home for all Maroons Athletics: Holland Christian Athletics Webpage
