6 Seniors Near Perfection

On Thursday, May 28, Holland Christian High School congratulated and bid farewell to the Class of 2009.  The class of nearly 214 members was celebrated at HC’s annual commencement held at Central Wesleyan Church.  Of that graduating class, Holland Christian also acknowledged the academic careers of their top six graduating seniors.  This group consisted of Karalyne Cousins, Haley DeRoo, Katherine Genzink, Alex Lemmen, A.J. Westendorp and Anna Wiersma.  While the Maroons do not acknowledge a valedictorian at graduation, HC’s top seniors all earned a perfect grade point average of 4.0 over their four year career.  Additionally, all six scored extraordinarily higher than average on their ACT tests.  To read more about the six seniors, their college plans and scholarships they earned please click here: SIX SENIORS NEAR PERFECTION
