Requesting a Transcript
Thank you for using our web site to access a transcript request form. We provide certified copies of student academic transcripts for $2.00 (We accept money orders or cash only). This financial obligation to Holland Christian Schools must be met before a transcript can be issued. In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, it is the policy of Holland Christian Schools not to release a transcript to any individual, agency, or organization without the written consent of the student.
To be official, a transcript must display the school seal and be mailed directly to your college; faxed copies are not accepted. So that we may process your transcript request in a timely manner please complete the form in its entirety.
