- Enter the master password and click the enter button to access the site. Note that the password has changed as of October 2008. To find out the master password, locate it in the email that was sent to the Maroon Messenger list you or call the High School Office at (616) 820-2905.
- If this is your first time using Virtual Paragon to schedule conferences for your student, click the "Create New User" button and follow the directions for creating a new user. You will then be asked to log in using your new username and password. Please remember this username and password for future conference scheduling. You can then follow the online directions for scheduling your conferences. For more detailed instructions, you can download the user guide here.
- If you already have a username and password, click the login button to proceed to scheduling.
- At the main menu, study your choices. You may need to return here to access these options later. To start scheduling, click "Make Reservation(s)". Here are some things to remember.
- Be certain to schedule your conferences far enough apart so that you can travel from one room to another between conferences.
- The system will not allow you to schedule during a time slot that the teacher is already scheduled for a different parent.
- The system will warn you if you attempt to double-book yourself but it will allow you to double-book in the event that 2 parents will be attending conferences and they wish to split up to see separate teachers at the same time.
- The system will let you delete a previously made reservation.
- You will be able to print your schedule when you are finished.
- NOTE: Once open, online sign-ups will be available through Sunday, November 9 at 10:00 PM for the Fall 2008 conferences. If this is not possible, you are welcome to come to conferences and sign up for an empty conference slot on a teacher's schedule which will be posted on the teacher's door.
