Although Holland Christian Schools began serving families in 1901, 1922 was the first High School graduating class. Since 1922, more than 13,500 graduates have left Holland Christian prepared to love and serve in God’s world. Since we consider you, our graduates not only our success stories, but also our extended family, we would love to hear your stories, know what you are up to! Please keep us up-to-date on your news by emailing us. We also would like to include a photo of you in our next Connections magazine, so feel free to email a photo of yourself engaged in the work or volunteer activity to which God has called you.
HC Alumni, Parents, Friends, and Supporters: This weekend is for you! Bring your family. Connect with friends old and new. See what’s changed and what’s stayed the same. Tell your story and make new memories at our 3rd Annual Homecoming Family Weekend!
The HCS Homecoming 5K is going to be the weekend before the traditional homecoming game and family tailgating party, so that we can kick off the whole week of homecoming activities for the high school and alumni with the race. Plus we should hopefully have much warmer weather to run in! Afterwards, of course, all runners, and their cheerleaders can join us inside for our favorite HCS-made cinnamon rolls at the community breakfast, compliments of the Holland Christian Foundation.
Advanced registration pricing: $25/person; $20/person for teams of 4 or more. Friday night and day of event registration pricing additional $5/runner. Includes premium long-sleeve HC tee. All net proceeds from the Fall Classic benefit the Holland Christian Education Foundation. View the Course Map
This night is designed for families of all ages. Join us for a tailgate dinner and kids games and inflatables beginning at 5 pm. Then join us for an action packed football game vs. Zeeland East. It’s going to be great fun!
Cost: $8/person in advance; $10/person day of event.
This year’s CHAMPS golf outing is part of the homecoming weekend! It’s such a fun golf outing that we hold it partly so we get a chance to hang out with you. But it’s also a great fundraiser for CHAMPS and all the sporting paraphernalia they help HCS and ZCS purchase. Plus, for the Dutch at heart, it’s a steal of a deal: a catered dinner at the club after the 18-holes, gift bags, hats, and plenty of prizes. Men’s, women’s, and mixed foursomes are all welcome; you play golf, so HC and ZC kids can play too!
